These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Doris Conscious Solutions Consultancy Private Limited and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Goa, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Goa for the resolution of any disputes.
Participation Agreement
To receive the greatest benefit, and full credit for training, I am: 1) Required to attend all scheduled sessions; 2) Required to bring a note pad and several different color pens; 3) Welcome to bring a lunch. (Hot and cold drinks, fruit and light snacks are available); and 4) Encouraged to bring a blanket and cushion for more comfortable seating.
Terms & Conditions
I will keep confidential all information regarding group members and all conversations and process content (unless there is potential harm to self or other). I will be responsible for use of the teachings and processes experienced in this course.
I will abide by all copyrights of documents, handouts and manuals related to this program. This copyright is exclusive and irrevocable. Under no circumstances will copyrighted material be reproduced, copied, published or passed to others. I understand that use of the material is allowed only on written agreement with NLP Connection/ Conscious Solutions.
Certification Conditions and Regulations: I will attend and actively participate in all training sessions. If this is not possible, I will make arrangements with the trainer prior to the start of training. If I miss an exercise or a session, I must make up that session with another participant (or participants, if the exercise involves more than 2 persons). If certification conditions are missed, my certification may be “provisional,” with an expiration date. I may exchange a provisional certificate for the final certificate if the missing conditions are met in the given time period. – Audio tapes of each training session are available for a fee.
Upon successful completion of the 8-day NLP Coaching Facilitator program, you will receive the logo of the Society of NLP and two certificates: One from the Society of NLP, the original NLP certifying body, and one from Conscious Solutions. The certificate ”NLP Coaching Facilitator” allows you to practice NLP and apply the basics in individual conversations and consultations. This certifiacte can be applied toward an NLP Practitioner Certification (16-days), which is the condition for NLP Master Practitioner Certification (16-days). Both, Practitioner and Master, include a formal practical and written NLP skill test. Upon successful completion you will receive an internationally recognized title and certificate that authorizes you to announce yourself a NLP Practitioner/Master on your advertisment material and professionally practice NLP. For the state of Alaska no other license or certificate is needed. For other states: Please inquire.
I understand that I am authorized to teach or train others in NLP only after having fullfilled all certification conditions and received the final certificate ”NLP Certified Trainer” from one of the authorized head organizations of NLP. This is the only title authorizing me to teach NLP.
Refund Conditions: If I withdraw from the training for an emergency condition* I will receive reimbursement except the non-refundable fee. If I withdraw from a training prior to completion, tuition refunds will pro-rated. If the proportionate value of the completed training is less than the non-refundable portion of the tuition, I will receive no refund. I understand and agree that no refund is possible after the first part (half) of this training.
Payment Policy: If I received a discount, I must deliver all payments by the agreed upon time. If I fail to deliver payment when and as agreed, my discount will be removed and I will immediately pay the entire (undiscounted) balance.
Legal Contract: This contract is binding upon all who sign it. I agree to pay the stated amount of total tuition in exchange for training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming as described. My signature below certifies that I have read, understand and agree to my rights and responsibilities, and the institution’s cancellation and refund policies.
LIABILITY WAIVER: I am fully responsible for myself. If any physical injury, accident or death should occur, I knowingly and voluntarily waive and relinquish all claims on behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns, against Conscious Solutions / Arpana Greenwood, their agents, employees, attorneys and assigns for all losses, damages and claims of every nature and kind in any way related to this course. I understand that I may withdraw at this point, with full refund, if I disagree with this waiver in any way and I may have it reviewed by independent legal counsel of my choice before proceeding.
